Naoki Hiratsuka

Naoki Hiratsuka works at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in Japan, where he has been involved in managing the country’s social security systems, including health insurance and pensions, as well as responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. His interests focus on health policies that ensure health care systems remain both sustainable and accessible to high-quality care.

 

He earned a BA in Commerce from Keio University and has worked at the Ministry continuously since graduation.
