Jesse Kozler is a Research Assistant to Professor David Chan in the Department of Health Policy, where he investigates issues related to efficiency and equity of health care delivery and decision-making in clinical settings. Outside of health economics, his research interests include topics in labor, public, and environmental economics. He holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and an AB in Philosophy from the University of Michigan.
